Ordering, Payment and VAT
To pay for your jewellery ordered from Regal, whether it be via the website, telephone, or in person, you must agree to and abide by their terms and conditions. The company reserves the right to refuse any order.
Payment methods accepted by Regal include debit and credit cards such as MasterCard and Maestro, AMEX, bank transfer, cash payments, PayPal, and Stripe. Any payments not meeting these specifications can be rejected.
Please note that Regal does not offer payment plans yet. Customers must pay a minimum deposit of 50% when placing an order, and the complete and full amount upon collection. If you have any concerns about your circumstances, please contact email@example.com or your point of contact. The company will notify you via email or telephone when your order is complete.
All prices shown on the website, in-store, or quoted to customers include Value Added Tax (VAT). However, due to changes to the Retail Export Scheme in 2021, customers can no longer receive a refund for the VAT added to their jewellery upon leaving the country. For items ordered outside the United Kingdom and shipped outside, VAT will not be charged, but they will be subject to tax and duty in the country of delivery.
