For watches that are currently available in our inventory, we require a 10% deposit to reserve the watch. Once the deposit has been received, the watch will be held for up to 7 working days. The remaining balance must be paid and the watch collected within this period.
If you require the watch to be held for longer than 7 working days, the remaining balance must be paid in full to extend the reservation.
If the full payment is not received within the agreed reservation period, the deposit will be forfeited and the watch will be re-listed.
For watches that we need to source specifically for you, we require a 20% deposit to place the order. The remaining balance will be payable upon collection once the watch has been sourced and is ready.
Once we notify you that the sourced watch is ready for collection, you will have 7 working days to collect the watch and settle the remaining balance.
If you require the sourced watch to be held for longer than 7 working days, the remaining balance must be paid in full to extend the reservation.
If the remaining balance is not paid within the agreed collection period, the deposit will be forfeited and the watch may be re-listed or made available for sale.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where the watch materially differs from its described condition.
Should you opt for us to sell your watch on your behalf, we request a minimum marketing period of 6 weeks. This grants our sales team the equitable time required to promote your watch effectively. In this endeavor, we present two commission options: either a predetermined amount that will be returned to you, or a sales commission ranging between 5% and 15%. The latter will be subtracted from the final sale value. If, after your watch has been marketed, you decide to withdraw it from sale, an administration fee of £200+VAT will be applicable to account for our expended effort.
All quotes and valuations we provide are contingent upon an inspection and remain valid for a span of 24 hours. Beyond this time frame, a reevaluation will be essential, and a fresh quote will be supplied after revisiting your watch. Please note that quotes furnished without a physical inspection are not guaranteed.
We operate on an exclusive appointment basis. Kindly ensure you have received written confirmation of your appointment prior to your visit, as we are unable to assure accommodations for appointments that lack confirmation.

Under the VAT margin scheme, all watch transactions are exempt from VAT. However, please be aware that VAT applies to our services, experiences, new parts, and bespoke jewelry.
In the event you qualify for a refund, we kindly request a period of 28 working days to process your request.
