Your chosen watch will be secured for a duration of 48 hours upon receipt of your 5% deposit. Should you wish to prolong your reservation, you have the option to extend it by an additional 5 working days. This can be achieved by supplementing your initial deposit with an extra 10%, culminating in a 10% deposit in total. To ensure your reservation is upheld, the full payment for the watch must be made before the conclusion of your reservation period. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and the watch will be re-listed. If a reservation is made through alternative means beyond our website checkout process, a 10% deposit is required, and the watch will be held for up to 7 working days. Regrettably, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the instance where the watch deviates from its described condition.
Should you opt for us to sell your watch on your behalf, we request a minimum marketing period of 6 weeks. This grants our sales team the equitable time required to promote your watch effectively. In this endeavor, we present two commission options: either a predetermined amount that will be returned to you, or a sales commission ranging between 5% and 15%. The latter will be subtracted from the final sale value. If, after your watch has been marketed, you decide to withdraw it from sale, an administration fee of £200+VAT will be applicable to account for our expended effort.
All quotes and valuations we provide are contingent upon an inspection and remain valid for a span of 48 hours. Beyond this time frame, a reevaluation will be essential, and a fresh quote will be supplied after revisiting your watch. Please note that quotes furnished without a physical inspection are not guaranteed.
