To ensure your jewellery is in the best condition possible, we recommend that if you have any concerns about your piece, you bring it in-store or return it to us via post for inspection by our production team. If our production team determines that your item has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
If your jewellery has any damage that is not due to a manufacturing fault, we offer repair services that we can advise you on.
When purchasing diamond or gemstone jewellery, it's essential to be aware that naturally occurring stones can have inclusions, inconsistencies, and distinct characteristics. Our gemmologists will discuss this with you during your consultation, and we always provide transparency in accordance with the GIA certificate. Such characteristics will not be considered a defect.
Normal day-to-day use and wear of your jewellery may cause wear and tear, and we do not offer a warranty to repair, replace, or refund items damaged under such circumstances. If you notice that your stone has become loose, please bring it in for an inspection.
Our warranty does not cover theft or loss, and we recommend selecting an appropriate insurance policy to cover your jewellery.
Any alterations made by jewellers other than Regal will void your warranty. Your jewellery must be serviced by Regal at least once every two years for the warranty to be valid.
After any trauma, bring the jewellery in for inspection to prevent any further damage, and we will advise on the best course of action. We offer free deep cleaning services for your item as part of our aftercare. Taking advantage of this service when possible can prevent problems from occurring.
