Free delivery within the UK

After your purchase is finalised, we will contact you to confirm if you prefer to collect your item from Regal or if you want us to arrange delivery.

If you choose delivery, you will need to sign for it. Hence, it is essential that you are present to receive the delivery or provide a substitute. We will contact you on the day of delivery.

Our Services

At Regal, we take great pride in providing outstanding delivery services to our customers. For deliveries within the UK, there is no delivery charge, and the items are insured by Regal until the moment they reach you. However, we strongly recommend that you organise insurance for the item once it is in your possession.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed for UK deliveries, and FedEx for international deliveries. Please note that international delivery charges may vary, and there may be additional costs such as import duties. Both UK and international deliveries are tracked and insured, ensuring their safety and prompt arrival.

Packaging

We understand that discretion is very important when it comes to delivering items, especially if they are surprises. Therefore, we ensure that our packaging is both discreet and secure, without any branding or indications of the contents.

Regal does not feature on the packaging, and it will not indicate the contents' value or nature, so as not to give away any surprises. If you are sending a surprise to someone, we recommend that you be available to receive it yourself, as the return address will read Regal.

FAQS about delivery

All ready engagement rings displayed on our website are available for immediate shipping (unless additional work such as resizing is required).

Bespoke engagement rings and any fine diamond jewellery typically take 5 weeks to craft. If you’d like your ring sooner, you can opt for our Express Manufacturing service to have it ready in 4 weeks.

If you need your ring even earlier, please let us know when placing your order — in many cases, we can accommodate urgent requests. Simply reach out to us at info@regaljewellers.co.uk or call us to discuss your required timeframe.

Once work on your order ring is completed, it will be couriered via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (Next Day Service) or FedEx Priority Service, both tracked and signed for, for proof of delivery. Please allow time for Sundays and Bank Holidays, which may disrupt delivery services.

You can also opt to collect your item from our Hatton Garden Showroom. The person collecting must be the person who paid for the goods and must be able to prove their identity.
