With in-house crafting, we’re accountable for executing high quality, exquisite workmanship in every piece we sell. What jewellery do you make?
At Regal, we create engagement rings, wedding rings for women, diamond eternity rings, men's wedding rings, diamond stud earrings, pendants, diamond necklaces, and diamond tennis bracelets - as well as any other bespoke jewellery. Our fine jewellery offering is contemporary and classic, suitable to be worn and adored every day.
Does Regal also sell Lab-Grown Diamonds?
Yes, indeed! We make jewellery with lab or natural diamonds – whichever you prefer. At Regal, we have a large selection of certified lab created diamonds and natural diamonds. Lab diamonds can be a great choice for lowering costs without compromising on beauty or authenticity.
How long does delivery take?
Ready to wear engagement rings displayed on our website are ready to ship immediately (unless work is required, for example, resizing). For bespoke engagement rings, it will usually take between 4 to 6 weeks to be crafted – we’ll let you know your exact due date upon ordering. Some rings can be made in shorter time frames.
How is the item delivered?
Once your ring is beautifully finished and ready, it will be securely shipped using the appropriate delivery service for your location.
For delivery within the UK, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (Next Day Service) a secure, fully tracked service that requires a signature upon delivery and provides proof of delivery. Please allow additional time for Sundays and public holidays, which may affect delivery schedules.
For international orders, we ship via FedEx Priority or DHL Express, both of which are fully tracked and signed for, ensuring fast and reliable delivery worldwide.
Can I collect my item?
Yes, you’re very welcome to collect your item in person from our Hatton Garden showroom. Simply book a quick pickup appointment, and we’ll ensure your item is prepared and ready for collection at your convenience.
Please note that the person collecting must be the person who paid for the goods and must be able to prove their identity.
