Our production team receive and familiarise themselves with the specifics of your order - they’ll be in charge of checking that your ring meets our exquisite, quality standards at every step of the crafting process and meeting your due date. We’ll check over your diamond and its IGI or GIA certificate before handing it over to the crafting team.

You are welcome to visit our Hatton Garden jewellers shop in London to see finished examples of our rings and discuss your ideas in person. However, we can also offer virtual appointments to design your ring. Together, we’ll discuss the budget, stones, designs and specifications of your ring.
Once we have established your exact requirements, we will finalise the details for you to sign off before we begin the second stage in the creation of your perfect ring.
This is when you start to see your ideas really take shape, and designs and images of your actual ring will be presented. We work with you ensuring no detail is overlooked, continually refining the design until you are completely happy with it.
Once approved, we will produce a true to life 3D wax print of your ring design. This will be an exact replica of the finished item. This replica ring can be seen ‘in person’ in our London showroom, or we can present the ring to you remotely via a video call where you can assess the finest details of your design before our master craftsmen begin the final creation process.
Once in the hands of our craftsmen, you can be sure your ring will be made to the very highest standards. Your certified diamonds and precious stones will be set meticulously, allowing the true beauty and brilliance to shine through.

From when you begin your bespoke ring crafting process through to when your finished ring is ready for presentation, the process usually takes around 4 to 6 weeks.
