Cancellation & Refund
Please be aware that Regal does not offer a cancellation or refund policy on luxury watches. Once a 10% deposit is paid, the watch is immediately marked as sold and reserved exclusively for you. You then have 4 weeks to settle the remaining balance and arrange collection or shipment. If the balance is not paid within this period, we reserve the right to release the watch for sale to another customer. Refunds will only be considered where the watch does not match the specifications described at the time of purchase.
